Same hacked around the issue by running python -m http.server 8000 on the folder of my html file you can access it through url: localhost:8000/yourHtmlFileName.html

Did any of you check if the rest are super rare cases or if they are defined in HCUP file?

No i just checked the demo trying to see and didn't have to set it up. Maybe you could add a github page with the game :)
