Cannot Install Node-Julia

I tried installing node-julia and i get this error message. Does anyone know how to fix this issue. I am running version 3.6 of npm and version 0.3.12 of Julia

When using node Julia the .exec command to execute scripts works for Julia scripts that don't use any outside libraries. As in if I try to use the .exec command...
