[Bug] Unable to find sdkconfig file

When opening the ESP32 flash configuration, the warning popup "Unable to find sdkconfig file" is displayed.

🚶 Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Open Run/Debug Configurations
2. Goto ESP32 flash
3. Open flash configuration
4. Warning "Unable to find sdkconfig file" displays

🤞 What's the expected result?

No "Unable to find sdkconfig file" warning.

😵 What's the actual result?

"Unable to find sdkconfig file" warning when opening the ESP32 flash configuration.
