I had this problem today. After installing cuda10.2 on windows server2012 r2 with` pip install torch==1.10.1+cu102 torchvision==0.11.2+cu102 torchaudio==0.10.1`, it comes up with the missing nvjpeg64_10.dll popup. My temporary solution is...
