When the browser dos not support scrollToView for example firefox 51. We use scrollManually. But scrollManually only deal with vertical. So I add some code to deal with horizontal scroll.
在iPhone X屏幕下, article cover会有缝隙. 见下图, 在真机上更明显一些. 不知道是否有办法解决.
