Would help with situations like `pepeL germany` and other random banphrase situations
If Pajbot2's !nuke module had the ability to do permanent ban nukes instead of just being limited to timeouts it would help with banning chatbots, instead of nuking a phrase...
After a !nuke has taken effect, provide a list with who were hit in the nuke to easily undo the bans or timeouts.

Similar to how they're done on pajbot1, would make it a bit easier to keep track of when I updated the bot last time and would allow watching the repo...
