Ability to !nuke Xtime --perm

If Pajbot2's !nuke module had the ability to do permanent ban nukes instead of just being limited to timeouts it would help with banning chatbots, instead of nuking a phrase then having to go back to permaban the bots.

I've been seeing a few channels raided by racist bots, would be cool if this was worked on since https://github.com/pajbot/pajbot2/pull/530 was added.
