No it is a 2017 MacBook Pro without Touch Bar. It has an intel GPU. I have upgraded to Big Sur since then and the issue still remains.

Just make sure to remove the tab list too otherwise it will show and look awful. I had to toggle this off `browser.tabs.tabmanager.enabled`
