my apoligies. I accidentally pushed an extra commit, and I just force-pushed its removal. The change is now as it was before.

Is it necessary to use `IdIterator`? It seems like using cursors to retrieve over 20k tweets is a pretty normal use case. Couldn't it be modified to not use it?

This is also fixed by #137
