@rayshih Judging from [this doc](https://github.com/ericvicenti/navigation-rfc/blob/master/Docs/NavigationOverview.md) the built-in navigator will become deprecated and will be soon replaced by NavigationExperimental. So yes, I recommend using NavigationExperimental or something that has similar design.

I was planning on a JavaScript solution, but Jekyll is perfectly fine, too.
A static page generator by using Webpack. I haven't make it working smoothly, so let's start with Jekyll.
