Fastexcel exporting only around 60k in production

I'm trying to export from DB around 300k rows. In local it works fine but in production server, it only exports around 60k. PHP 8.0.15 Laravel 8

I have boolean columns in my db, when I export I want to replace boolean with custom words like YES/NO Is that possible?

I tested a few files but it looks like the reader doesn't iterate all the rows. I noticed only 20k rows were iterated from 100k rows. With box/spout it works...

Is it possible to train with background noises or add more noises to make it better?
