Python 2 will be end-of-life next year. Why do you bother supporting it still?
We are doing this in `nmtpy` btw: we download all paraphrase files with a script and pass `-l ` to our coco evaluation script.

If it is okay to provide the evaluation set videos in terms of license, yes we can do that of course.
