Seems like it will let me change the name of the file from the main menu. But adding code, saving, closing and reopening the notebook looses all the changes. E.g.,...

I uninstalled and reinstalled in case my failed attempt at installing some packages had messed up the app. But still same problem.

Thanks! In the meantime a workaround is to save the file and then import it into the notebook.

Strange that you are getting that issue, since that one is only used in ``conda-forge`` installs. With ``pip`` only ``matplotlib`` is required. Is this the latest version on ``github`` or...

That's an ``rtree`` issue, so you'd have to check with them about what the error is. ``pip`` is always an issue, which is why the ``conda-forge`` route is encouraged.
