Seconded. Please remove these lists. Removal requests aren't handled at all. Maybe use the [same blocklist(s)](https://github.com/StevenBlack/hosts) as pi-hole does, instead.

This is still an issue with 6.6.2. A workaround is to suffix all rejected files with `.txt`, or `.zip`.
