just updated to newer image and old stacks are lost on the web UI but stacks for folders are existent with old yaml. scanning wont reintroduce them

Hey, just updated to the latest version . i lost all my stacks on the web ui. tried scanning the stacks folders but it wont retrieve the old stacks back...
