I'd really go with an echo callExtension call in boot.sqf. You can't do it simpler so there is fewer things that can go wrong.

It's really sad to hear that. I was realy hoping to take on ~~Heli~~Arma modding as soon as Intercept would become stable and using SQF would not be a requirement....
