It looks like the move to 4.3 by default has already been done at least: https://github.com/serverless/serverless-runtime-babel/blob/1cb95eed12a27d7245b468f65ebfc618ee3a5658/lib/RuntimeBabel.js#L26 . It's just not released yet to npm. Any chance we could get that...
