run-jar will lost META-INF/MANIFEST.MF

maven run package success，and run jar will tip： Invalid or corrupt jarfile xxxx-1.0.0.jar clean and remove config #-DportableConfig="src/main/portable/pp.xml" ， run maven agian，jar can run success，why？
