Please could you add a feature to download the pad and save it to nextcloud instead of only linking it.
Crpytpad is similar to Etherpad, but it provides more features and encryption. Would it be possible to integrate it in Nextcloud?

The lists of files in Nextcloud folders, has a column "Modified", which shows an incorrect value for .pads. What I mean, is that as pads are edited outside of ownpad...
Related to #102 support for PHP 8 was introduced in v21. 7.x support will continue for now.
