jwt.decode raises '[ERROR] JWKError: No PEM start marker "b'-----BEGIN PRIVATE KEY-----'"' as exception when attempting to decode a jwt.

I don't know if you figure out the solution, but [this](https://github.com/mpdavis/python-jose/issues/133) issue helps me a lot.

Add SNS subscriptions to queues

I have the same need as @Agrumas :/
