Uploading .h5p files doesn't work anymore in Moodle if it has newer libraries than the file

This is not a bug in the moodle plugin, but in H5P editor core. The issue should be fixed in https://github.com/h5p/h5p-editor-php-library/pull/144 and would be part of the next plugin update....
