why use vgg rather than resnet?

i am a bigginer, i want kwoun the reason use vgg , or resnet is ok also.

how to solve it

代码结果中precision只有0.78~0.81但是recall能到0.9+，这是正常得嘛，如何改善这个问题。

when set stride 2,the h and w change to half,but the code still be h and w ,so fix the bug.
