First of all TSO is currently broken pending fix for #6836 (next update). Second, Rosetta is proprietary licensed technology from Apple and you're not allowed to run it from QEMU...
Such a table would get out of date real quick as development in the community are happening week by week.

To be clear this is Windows ARM64?
By the way, GPU acceleration (the -gl video card) doesn't do much for Windows. If suspend/resume is an important use case, my advice is to stack to the non-gl video...
