Hi, Agreed that this should at least be documented as this is uncommon behaviour and injecting/reusing dependencies has become common practice

This package should now be compatible with OpenAPI 3.1 as of [v0.9](https://github.com/osteel/openapi-httpfoundation-testing/releases/tag/v0.9)
