OpenAPI v3.1 Support

Hello there! I've made an issue on https://github.com/thephpleague/openapi-psr7-validator/issues/163 to track progress towards OpenAPI v3.1, so give that a follow if you're interested. Perhaps you could help them out!

Hey! Thanks for this, I have now subscribed to the issue. I'm also following this one from the package used by the OpenAPI PSR-7 Message Validator under the hood. I think that's the one people are waiting on for OpenAPI 3.1 support (unfortunately I don't have the bandwidth to personally look into it at the moment)

@K2ouMais not yet. I'm basically watching this issue and will update the package as soon as it's merged and released

@osteel what would you say about taking a wild stab at a PR for https://github.com/cebe/php-openapi/issues/101? I've made a recommendation of an alternative json schema validator which already supports the latest JSON Schema, which will massively speed things up. Just needs implementing.

This package should now be compatible with OpenAPI 3.1 as of v0.9
