Use upstream plugins

Several plugins have already been upstreamed including:

  • [x] Thrusters: #74
  • [x] Buoyancy Engine: osrf/lrauv#128
  • [ ] Hydrodynamics
  • [x] Joint controller: osrf/lrauv#122
  • [ ] DVL

We should switch to the upstream versions for the sake of ease of maintenance.

As part of #48, I started documenting and adding tests for the upstream Thruster plugin. I'm planning to open a PR to use it here when that's done.

Where is the source for the upstream DVL plugin?

@scole02 the DVL plugin has not been upstreamed just yet.
