updated the Husky model.sdf, by adding uri link in the script

issue #38 has been resolved in this issue, by the addition of scripts.

To run the script-

1. export GZ_SIM_RESOURCE_PATH=/home/$USER/gazebo_models/
2. gz sim /home/$USER/gazebo_models/husky/model.sdf
