Please note there is kind-sriov provider which all its logic is on cluster-up folder bash scripts imho it isn't "good first issue"

we discussed it also offline, better to see if it happens again and again it will be better to not bump it too much otherwise, so we will have less...

we can see it happens just once in few months, i am against updating it every day, posted comments on the PR with reasons

Thanks @brianmcarey wdyt, lets create a PR with the workaround atm ? there is no reason to keep localhost which breaks for new fedora systems
