Anecdotal, on Arch Linux, CPU usage is ~20% fullscreen, and gets lower as I reduce the window size (%4 at the size I typically have it).

I set the umask options on the `HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\WinFsp\Services\sshfs.k` key since I'm using key authorization. Seems to have worked. Thanks for this tip!
