Seems it has trouble getting a default nameserver. A workaround of ` dog google.com -n 1.1.1.1` solved the issue for me.

Upon further testing, the actual bug is that the Uploads folder is not created by the installer or included in the source so it was never created. The exception occurs...
That's odd. I wonder why it isn't in my publish folder.
I'll submit a PR for this later on.
