All I asked was whether tapping on the popup button causes the queue to vanish. Ignore the timestamps for a moment and try just that.
Okay so this bug occurs specifically when tapping on timestamps, not with the popup player in general.

Is that the error you get each time? This looks like a duplicate of #10097, but your error is different,
As a last resort, try adjusting your Smallest width in Developer options. There might be some threshold value that prevents either or both the bugs, combined with the Tablet mode...

@ajgae If it's a small bug fix, easy to review, sure. Otherwise it might be postponed for, or after, the rewrite.
All front-end URLs are declared in the manifest. I wonder if it can accommodate a denylist of subset paths.
A workaround is that you disable one specific URL from Newpipe's list and use that to authorise Invidious.
