Add metadata browser back to iOS app

This is an issue on the iOS app

Meta data view was a proposed function and code had been written to enable it. It loaded up a JSON file and could display extra information per cell selected. It was commented out.

This issue will re-enable that metadata view, render it appropriately on iPhone and iPad interfaces, and solve issues with visualizing that metadata that may relate to formatting of the underlying data.

• [ ] make pull request for new feature on the iOS app repository

A hangout was recorded that walked through the code base and explained how to get started with this.
