Update project list

The list of projects at https://docs.openworm.org/projects/ needs to be updated to reflect currently active subprojects. I'd propose:

• Sibernetic (existing page needs to be updated)
• Ion channels (incl ChannelWorm, new page required)
• c302 (new page required #86)
• Geppetto (existing page needs to be updated)
• DevoWorm (existing page needs to be updated)
• Movement analysis (existing page needs to be updated)
• Docker (new page needs to be updated #42)
• Data collection and representation (@mwatts15 I assume this is the best place for owmeta info?)
• Community outreach (existing page needs to be updated)
• Legacy projects (pointer to old docs pages) - Muscle-Neuron integration - Optimisation - C elegans on neuroConstruct (note: outdated by c302)
