Fix relative links

With the move to Github Pages, relative links no longer work correctly. For instance the link from https://docs.openworm.org/Community/github/ to https://docs.openworm.org/Community/repositories/ is broken since it now goes to https://docs.openworm.org/Community/github/repositories Others
