It could be useful to implement a new functionality for owcpm. Consider an HA scenario, master falls down, your Idle-Timeout is longer than the slave start services time and your lease expires. If you receive a new IP and owcpm didn't log you out, you will be not able to surf anymore unless you have a different mac-address. I was wondering about develop a new rake task. What do you think?

Although some work have to be done in order to use OWCPM in a HA environment, I think it's possible to address the issue you've pointed with the "normal" DHCP server failover mechanisms.
