Logging username and IP address

Could it be useful to log the association username - IP address within owcpm ? If you don't use radius authentication you can't access these information, isn't it?

You are right. How about all (de)authentication (RADIUS or local) by creating a new logger that writes in /var/log (for instance) and then insert a logging statement here and here?
