Quit OpenSpeedTest-Server and open it again. Restart your Mac and try to open it again. Is port 3000 already in use? Are there any other apps that can prevent this...

You must have a valid IP address with a default gateway. Is any firewall application running?

@zestysoft I am not able to reproduce this issue on my Intel MacBook Pro running 14.3.1 (23D60). If you have any clues about potential conflicting software, please let me know....
