Question about mount paths

I am trying tos et this up but I am confused about the mounts.

For example, in the image below, we have this.

Documents > /home/nutzer/Dokumente

Is the /home/nutzer/Dokumente an internal folder of the virtual machine or it is just an example for how the external folder should be structured?
