update small changes on embench_arch_sweep.py

Current version of embench_arch_sweep.py is broken mainly due to small issues with file names. Basically, changed robust JSON parsing & missing-file handling. Also, copying actual_embench_results into run_timestamp. Runs in about 141m9.366s on my Ubuntu box. Also, added main as well as making sure Python is PEP8 compliant.
