Exercises for Chapter 18 including some extra crypto programs/SV stuff
Added some exercises for crypto programs in Chapter 18. Also, added some Python/C files for crypto that are helpful for aes/sha. Simple SystemVerilog implementations of SHA-256/SHA-512 and testbench/DO files are also included.
