Fixing Dromajo pass

Dromajo co-simulation pass was broken due to the directory restructuring that happened after transferring Ariane to openhwgroup. This pull request includes:

• fixes the Dromajo and should address issue #828.
• Dromajo documentation improvement in README.md
• enable PMP CSRS in Dromajo

I would like to run the Continuous Integration before merging. Can I ask you to rebase your branch, it will trigger automatically the CI. If you are curious you can look at the Thales public CI dashboard (https://riscv-ci.pages.thales-invia.fr/dashboard/dashboard_cva6.html). BTW, you have not subscribed to the Eclipse organization, that's why your have eclpsefdn/eca error, do you plan to apply for?
