[TASK] Stop cva6.py execution when Verilator, GCC, Spike versions are not supported

Is there an existing CVA6 task for this?

Task Description

A lot of Github issues are due to teh use of tools different from the supported ones. CVA6.py shall report the tool version which are used and stop execution when it is not supported.

Required Changes

change CVA6.py

Current Status

CVA6.py can run with all tool versions

Risks

Risk is to close the cva6.py utilization.
