[TASK] Update Imperas Connections for Counter CSRs

Task Description

The riscv_csr test will fail if run with Imperas checking enabled. The observed miss-compares are all due to the various counter CSR's not being correctly hooked up to the model. The task here is to properly connect these CSR's

Description of Done

The riscv_csr test should pass with Imperas checking turned on.
