Issue about downloading SDK

Hi, The README of this project suggests https://downloads.openhwgroup.org/ link to download the SDKs, but it is redirected to home https://openhwfoundation.org/ instead of viewing the download page. It seems the AWS redirection links for those files which were on the download page are still available, but they can't be found at ease either. Are the SDKs previously existed out of support, or should new links for them be updated to README?

Thanks for your interest in OpenHW @8492nd. As you may know, the OpenHW Group is now a part of the Eclipse Foundation and to recognize that we are now called the OpenHW Foundation. During this transition a number of our websites were retargetted and it seems we made a mistake this with one.

I will reach out to our webdev team to get this resolved.
