layer visibility does not update (when digitizing?)
What is the bug or the crash? What were your expectations and what actually happened?
Hi, it appears that sometimes (in an apparently random way) if I change the visibility of one layer while digitizing on another one, the map canvas does not update to show or hide the toggled layer. The only way to solve this seems to close and restart QField.
Steps to reproduce the issue
start digitizing on some layer show or hide another layer
-> does not update
close and restart QField
-> ok now
Version
latest, just updated
Operating system name
iOS
Operating system version
latest just updated
Reinstall QField
- [ ] I have a fresh install of the latest QField version, but the problem persists.
- [ ] Problem can be reliably reproduced, doesn't happen randomly.
- [ ] Problem happens with all files and projects, not only some files or projects.

@andrea-bistacchi , I've not been able to reproduce this issue. If you are able to investigate further and identify the exact circumstances that lead to this with good steps to reproduce (i.e. not involving randomness 😉 ), it'd be most welcome.
Hi, I don't know how to make a video on the iPad while using QField. And I think the video will be too heavy to be loaded on GitHub.
Anyway the steps are the following:
On an iPad.
With a project with a mix of raster MBTiles, locked SHP, and editable SHP files.
You start editing a layer.
While editing, you try making a raster layer visible, or to hide it (because for some reason this is useful to digitize your new features).
The visible/hidden state does not change.
You stop editing, but also like this you cannot change the visibility anymore.
You close the application and reopen it.
You find the project with the visibility changed as it was supposed to be.
I hope this is more clear now.
@andrea-bistacchi , I've not been able to reproduce this, see:

Hello and thanks! I was silent since I was mostly in the field. Since the problems described above tend to happen quite often, but not always; I kept collecting screenshots to illustrate them, and I can now upload them here.
Please recall that I'm on an iPad Mini 6th, fully updated.
These are examples of incorrect redrawing of MBTiles rasters. The only solution I found is to quit and restart the App.

Hello, have you been able to reproduce this issue? If you like I can provide the project data, but they are a bit heavy so I cannot attach them here.
