Prevent the action panel to pop up during edition of a layer

What is the bug or the crash? What were your expectations and what actually happened?

Hello,

This is partly a minor issue and partly a suggestion.

Steps to reproduce the issue

I've noticed that the action panel (e. g. "Define a destination", "Add a bookmark", etc.) sometimes appears while editing a layer.

When trying to be precise and holding a tap for too long, the panel pops up, even thought it is not very useful in that context.

Would it be pertinent to prevent this panel from appeating during the edition of a layer ?

Reinstall QField

• [x] I have a fresh install of the latest QField version, but the problem persists.
