Windows package has an unknown editor and is considered as unsecure executable

Describe the issue

Downloading and installing QFIELD on recent windows versions is quite tidious because of windows security options blocking an unknown editor package

Reproduction steps

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download Exe

2. Execute executable

Expected behavior

QFIELD 4 Windows is recognized, editor is known from Microsoft and respects MS standard

Observed behavior

QFIELD 4 Windows suffers from many Windows warnings during the executable download and installation

Additional information

• Problem started happening recently, didn't happen in an older version of QField: [No]
