Turn off the screen instead of just diming it after a certain timeout

While diming the screen is nice and works especially for tracking, since there is no background process collecting points, it would be great to be able to configure whether you prefer to dim the screen, or completely turn it off with locking the screen.

We'd need to insure no ongoing download/upload to/from QFieldCloud is underway.

No it is not. We need additional setting "Turn off screen instead of diming it" and make sure there is no:

• QFieldCloud upload /download in progress
• LayerTracking in progress
