Enhancement - Forget "remember checkboxes"

Open Ipickedausername opened this issue 2 years ago • 2 comments

Hello,

I've gotten used to use checkboxes to repeat informations (this feature is wonderful !).

But, when you want to stop repeating, you have to uncheck every checkboxes. If one is missed, then the information will be repeated where is doesn't belong.

To overcome this issue, we could have an option like "forget all remembered checkboxes" to uncheck everything on the form.

And then, when you uncheck the checkbox, it would be usefull to clear the associated field, or, atleast, add the little "delete button" like in QGIS, at the end of each selectionned field.

Thanks for your attention,

Good bye.

Hello,

For example, the UI could show a checkbox (on top left in my example) (where we can find the validate and delete buttons) (3 pictures below).

Checkbox greyed out when 0 checkbox is checked Cross when at least one checkbox is checked (but not all) A tick when all checkboxes are checked

In the 2 last cases, we can unched it, then all checkboxes are unchecked.

And if possible, clear the repeated fields when it is unchecked.

Thank you,

Atleat_one_repeated

All_repeated All_empty

Good bye.

All ticked all

At least one ticked not_all

None ticked none

Something like this could be helpful to check the entity before validating and to tick/untick everything when we want to copy information.
