Support for lowercase SAM tags in pairtools parse2

Hi, I'm trying to convert bam to .pairs, while the locally defiend SAM tags with lowercase could not be added to the extra column, as --add-columns only support uppercase tags, could you please add the support for lowercase one? https://github.com/epi2me-labs/pore-c-py/issues/10
